**Role & Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop, and close sponsorship and exhibition space sales opportunities for conferences and exhibitions.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective sponsors by understanding their marketing goals and aligning them with suitable event solutions.
- Create and implement a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy tailored to different industry verticals.
- Generate qualified leads through in-depth market research, networking, cold calling, and participation in relevant industry events.
- Engage with senior decision-makers to present sponsorship proposals and negotiate terms effectively.
- Ensure ongoing sponsor satisfaction by managing accounts, delivering promised benefits, and addressing evolving needs.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Provide regular sales performance reports, sponsor feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Demonstrated success in sponsorship sales, exhibition space selling, advertisement sales, or similar roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capable of designing customized sponsorship proposals that align with client objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Sound understanding of project planning and revenue-driven business strategies.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in exhibition/conference sales and marketing.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle, marketing initiatives, and operational management of large-scale events.
- Well-established network among clients and event service providers in the industry.
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for personal sales targets.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Confident, articulate communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Effective in negotiation, time management, and strategic planning.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
