**Job Summary**:
Vadodara Windows is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential and existing customers, and closing sales of our high-quality uPVC windows and doors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, addressing their questions and concerns and providing product recommendations based on their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide quotes to customers
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products and pricing
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
**Salary - 20,000/- to 35,000/- Per Month**
