**The Sales Executive in Outdoor Advertising will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients in the outdoor advertising space. This includes conducting market research, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored advertising solutions to meet those needs.**

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through market research and client outreach.
- Develop and present advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.
- Track and report sales activities and results using CRM tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor advertising or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
