**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for technical positions (Software Developers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, IT Support, etc.).
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies to find top IT talent.
- Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, IT hiring best practices, and industry salary benchmarks.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in the IT industry.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring regulations.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of visa processes, compliance, and international hiring (if applicable).

Pay: ₹12,269.74 - ₹50,000.00 per month
