_**US Healthcare Sales**_required

**Experience**:8-10 years experience in US Healthcare Sales**, preferably in services.

**Shift Timings**: 5.00 pm to 2.00 am IST

**Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Prospect and identify potential clients (hospitals, clinics, doctor's practices) in the US healthcare market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate RCM solutions and services, highlighting their value to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Understand client-specific RCM challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers on best practices in RCM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- **Market Expertise**:

- Stay informed about the evolving US healthcare landscape, regulations, and payer policies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- **Education & Experience**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with the US healthcare industry and its financial processes is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including claim submission, denials management, coding, and patient billing.
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

**Key Skills & Knowledge Areas**
- **Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)**:Deep understanding of patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, coding, claim submission, denial management, and collections.
- **US Healthcare Regulations**:Awareness of compliance requirements, payer rules, and the impact of regulations on RCM processes.
- **Sales & Client Management**:Demonstrated ability to prospect, sell, and manage client relationships to achieve business growth.
- **Technology**:Familiarity with healthcare billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
