Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

Shift time
- (PST Shift)

Onsite Location
- Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune.

We are hiring for US Healthcare Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Client.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the client's requirements and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiating contract terms and benefits by taking ownership of profitability.
- Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
- Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.

**Requirements**:

- 1-4 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing
- Strong understanding of visa status and tax terms
- Experience working with direct clients
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- US Healthcare Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 14/01/2025
