**Role-**

We are looking for a motivated US Staffing Healthcare Recruiter who wants to grow their career alongside a team of like-minded professionals. **Job Responsibilities-**
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Client.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the client's requirements and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiating contract terms and benefits by taking ownership of profitability.
- Should have worked for reputable firms focusing on direct client model.
- Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.

**What we are looking at-**
- 2-4years of a proven track record in a Healthcare / Medical Staffing Agency.
- Strong communicator.
- Good understanding of Healthcare/IT/Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma terminology and US staffing industry.
- Good Understanding of visa status like H1B, H4-EAD, GC, USC, etc
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp Corp).
- The minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with two years of relevant experience.
- Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
