**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Point of contact for customer and handle all the doubts and query Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Provide early resolution for tickets raised by the customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with technical assistance.
- within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Outbound calling to customer for performance review and feedbacks of the products.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Coordinate with logistics team for replaced product of individual customer.
- Tamil speaker will be preferred.

**Qualification and Skills**
- Minimum qualification should be Graduate in any stream
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
