Dispatch Executive / Logistics - Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Order Management
- Receive and verify daily dispatch orders from the sales / ERP system.
- Ensure correct products, quantities, and batches are picked as per the order sheet.
- Coordinate with production and packing teams for order readiness and scheduling.

2. Vehicle & Route Planning
- Plan and schedule dispatch vehicles based on delivery routes and timelines.
- Optimize route planning to minimize transportation cost and time.
- Coordinate with transporters / in-house drivers for vehicle availability.

3. Documentation & Records
- Prepare dispatch challans, invoices, and loading slips accurately.
- Maintain daily dispatch register (manual or digital).
- Ensure proper record of in/out times of vehicles.

4. Loading Supervision
- Supervise loading process to ensure correct products and quantities are loaded.
- Verify packaging integrity and crate count before sealing the vehicle.
- Ensure dispatch as per FIFO (First In First Out) system.

5. Coordination
- Coordinate with the logistics team, sales coordinators, and storekeepers for smooth dispatch flow.
- Inform sales and customers about dispatch timings and vehicle details.
- Liaise with QA team for clearance before loading (especially for food items).

6. Crate & Asset Tracking
- Maintain record of crates / trays / pallets issued and returned.
- Follow up with customers and logistics team for return of crates.

7. Compliance & Hygiene
- Ensure vehicles and dispatch area maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow company SOPs and dispatch checklists.

8. Reporting
- Submit daily dispatch summary (dispatch quantity, pending orders, returns, etc.) to the Operations / Dispatch Manager.
- Highlight any delays, shortages, or rejections immediately.

9. Team & Shift Handling
- Oversee dispatch helpers / loaders during shift.
- Manage manpower for timely vehicle turnarou

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,339.93 per month
