**Job Description: Store Logistics Executive (Plastic Packaging Company)**

**Position Title**: Store Logistics Executive
**Department**: Logistics / Supply Chain
**Location**: Hyderabad
**Reports To**: Logistics Manager / Warehouse Manager

**Objective**:
To manage and oversee the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of plastic packaging materials within the company’s warehouse, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of plastic packaging materials and supplies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements in the inventory management system.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and tracking deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee the organization of inventory in the warehouse for efficient retrieval and storage.
- Implement best practices in warehousing and material handling.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in storage areas.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process orders for customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare packing lists, shipping documentation, and associated paperwork.
- Follow up on customer orders and resolve any issues related to shipping or product availability.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and logistics performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in logistics and supply chain processes.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and quality assurance, to support business objectives.
- Train and supervise warehouse personnel on logistics processes and safety protocols.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in logistics projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
