We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our logistics team as a Logistics Executive. This position is open for Experience with a BTech in Mechanical Engineering who have a keen interest in logistics operations. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the logistics industry and develop essential skills for a successful career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all aspects of the export logistics process, including scheduling shipments, arranging transportation, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Prepare and manage all documentation required for export shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, and certificates of origin, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders and shipping carriers, negotiating freight rates, arranging cargo insurance, and overseeing the timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures in both the exporting and importing countries, including the timely submission of required documentation and the payment of duties and taxes.
- Monitor the status of export shipments in transit, track delivery progress, and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise, keeping internal stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that exported goods meet all quality standards and specifications, conducting pre-shipment inspections as necessary to verify product integrity.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with export logistics operations, such as transportation delays, cargo damage, or regulatory compliance issues, implementing contingency plans as needed to minimize disruptions.
- Analyse export logistics performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, shipping costs, and transit times, and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (BTech Mechanical preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior internship or coursework in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the logistics industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
