**Job Role and responsibilities**:

- Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:_
- Monitoring a high volume of inbound and outbound shipments including reverse logistics.
- Maintain relationships with logistics partner and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and logistics partner.
- Solve customer and logistics partner problems and help resolve issues.
- Monitoring & maintaining performance report for logistics partner as well as for customer.
- Ensure to have correct update in MIS report & supporting billing team to share correct data.
- Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of courier, logistics inward / outward with MS office.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- About 4 to 5 years of experience in the transportation / warehousing industry
