Key Responsibilities:

- **Flowchart Management**: Oversee all flowcharts related to business processes, ensuring that each step is clearly defined and followed.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate smooth workflows and timely completion of tasks.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide relevant information to all stakeholders involved in the workflow to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
- **Detail Orientation**: Maintain a keen eye for detail in every aspect of the process, ensuring accuracy and completeness in task execution.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address any issues that arise during the workflow, implementing solutions to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications:

- **Location**: Must reside within 45 minutes of the office.
- **Education**: Any relevant qualification; experience in a similar role is a plus.
