Process Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Process Management and Improvement:
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows, improve process performance, and reduce redundancies.
Develop, implement, and monitor process changes to improve overall productivity and quality.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring that teams communicate effectively and understand process workflows.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define process requirements and set project goals.
Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
Data Collection and Reporting:
Gather and analyze data related to process performance, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on process performance, key metrics, and project progress to management.
Maintain detailed documentation on process workflows, procedures, and changes.
Process Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure that all processes are documented in clear, standardized formats.
Verify that processes adhere to legal, regulatory, and company-specific compliance requirements.
Update documentation regularly to reflect process changes and improvements.
Problem Resolution and Support:
Identify and address process-related issues and roadblocks.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any process-related concerns.
Act as a point of contact for teams and departments when process-related challenges arise.
Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices.
Regularly evaluate process performance and suggest improvements or optimizations.
Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects.
Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of process-related projects.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate resources and manage project timelines to achieve project goals.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
