1. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between Purchase, R&D, Production, Sales, and Stores.
  • Ensure that all departments follow standard processes and deadlines.
  • Communicate daily task updates and escalate delays or issues to senior management.

2. Process Monitoring

  • Track work progress as per SOPs and checklists.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within timelines and follow company procedures.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
  • Maintain records of approvals, task logs, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing process documents, flowcharts, and SOPs.

4. Task Follow-Up

  • Follow up with team members for pending tasks.
  • Ensure that no task is missed and that inter-department communication is smooth.
  • Update status trackers and dashboards regularly.

5. Support to Management

  • Assist managers in planning, meetings, and workflow optimization.
  • Coordinate internal audits and compliance checks.
  • Ensure proper data flow between departments.

Required Skills

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Basic Excel skills (Report creation, VLOOKUP, Pivot optional)
  • Good communication and documentation abilities
  • Problem-solving and understanding of workflow
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of manufacturing/power electronics processes (added advantage)

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma in any field
  • Preferably with experience in coordination roles
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Experience

  • 1 to 4 years in coordination / admin / process roles

Salary Range (Ahmedabad Market)

  • ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 based on experience and industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
