**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication**:

- Understand client requirements for destination weddings.
- Conduct consultations to gather event details and offer planning advice.
- Present proposals, timelines, and budgets for approval.

**Vendor Management - Catering and Decor**:

- Manage relationships with caterers and decorators.
- Negotiate and ensure vendors meet contract terms and deliver services as agreed.

**On-site Venue Visits**:

- Show clients the destination when needed.
- Handle last-minute changes or emergencies with staff and vendors.
- Monitor the event to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- Event planning or coordination experience preferred.
- Experience managing vendors, clients, and multiple projects.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Languages**: Gujarati and Marwari preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- 5 months: 1 year (preferred)
