**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress and performance.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences and market demand.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably any Industry **(Advantage in Fire Fighting field)**:

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle objections.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- May require working outside standard business hours to meet sales targets and customer needs.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary plus commission.
- Benefits - Travelling allowance.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
