- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate them when necessary.
- Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer details in the database or CRM system.
- Generate reports on common issues and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
