Job Description:

- Responsible for the quality of customer service for the Hindi-speaking region on chat App, promptly correcting any errors through quality assurance methods, and evaluating the performance of customer service;
- Skilled at identifying issues within the customer service team and providing timely feedback to team leader for optimization and improvement;
- Regularly provide quality inspection data analysis and develop customer service improvement plans based on the analysis results;
- Complete other tasks assigned by team leader.

**Requirements**:

- Native speaker of Hindi, proficient in English;
- Have a certain understanding of chat App and possess the ability to learn quickly;
- Have a certain knowledge of using office productivity software;
- Possess problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, proactive work attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: ₹58.00 - ₹60.00 per hour
