Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry operations meet the company's quality standards and client expectations. The role involves monitoring the entire laundry process — from receiving and washing to finishing and dispatch — to maintain consistent hygiene, quality, and efficiency across all stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and checklists for all laundry processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of washing, drying, ironing, and packing operations.
  • Monitor chemical usage, water quality, and machine parameters to ensure standard results.
  • Train and guide staff on proper handling of linen, stain removal, and quality control techniques.
  • Coordinate with plant supervisors and team leaders to address quality issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of rejected and rewash linen and analyze root causes.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients for quality feedback and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare quality performance reports and share with management weekly/monthly.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and operational policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Textile, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in laundry operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or QA role.
  • Strong understanding of washing processes, chemicals, and fabric care.
  • Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
