Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives and ensure the delivery of top-tier software products. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive QA strategies, manage testing teams, and uphold rigorous quality standards aligned with industry regulations. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in software quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within our organization.

Role Responsibilites

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement the overall SQA strategy and roadmap, create test plans, and define quality standards and procedures.
  • Team leadership and management: Hire, train, mentor, and manage the performance of the QA team. This includes allocating resources and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Process oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all testing activities, including manual and automated testing, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Quality assurance and improvement: Monitor and analyze quality metrics, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and resolve issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is built into the product from the start.
  • Reporting and documentation: Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance, defect trends, and test results to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Issue and defect management: Oversee the tracking and resolution of defects, ensuring timely progress and adherence to standards.
  • Budget management: Assist in preparing annual budgets and managing expenditures for the QA department.

Role Requirements

  • 8+years of Proven experience in software quality assurance and test management.
  • Experience in leadership, team management, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with quality management standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with various testing types, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ability to interpret requirements, develop test cases, and manage test data

Job Type: Full-time
