**Job Summary**:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to project documentation, material records, manpower logs, billing support documents, and other administrative information in the company’s databases or systems. The role ensures data accuracy, confidentiality, and availability for efficient decision-making and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input daily site data such as manpower reports, material receipts, and usage logs.
- Maintain digital and physical records of material in/out registers, delivery challans, store registers, etc.
- Assist the billing and accounts team by compiling supporting documents like JMS entries, measurement sheets, and client formats.
- Generate Excel reports, time sheets, and summaries as required by the site or office teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into ERP, Excel, or other project-specific software.
- Maintain documentation for equipment movement, safety compliance records, and HR records (attendance, induction forms, etc.).
- Coordinate with the site team for any missing or unclear data and take timely corrective action.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
- Assist in scanning, printing, and file organization tasks when needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
- Familiarity with site documentation and construction-related terminology is an advantage.
- Typing speed of at least 30-40 wpm with high accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

**Work Environment**:

- Office or site-based.
- May involve interaction with site engineers, supervisors, and clients for documentation clarification.
- 6-day working week with occasional overtime.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,421.25 - ₹18,838.29 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
