**Job Description: Computer Data Operator**

**Location**: Indorewala ENT Hospital, Viholi, Nashik
**Department**: Information Technology (IT)
**Reporting to**: IT Department Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input and manage patient data, billing information, and hospital records using hospital management systems.
- Maintain and update patient files, medical records, and other hospital-related documentation in digital format.
- Ensure timely data entry of OPD and IPD patient information, reports, and other critical data.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by the hospital management and medical staff.
- Assist in managing data flow between departments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT-related issues related to data entry systems.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure correct and timely data entry in medical records.
- Maintain backups of data files and ensure proper data storage and security protocols.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned by the IT department.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Minimum Education**:

- Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) or Certificate in Computer Operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Computer Data Operator, with hospital experience being mandatory.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** (writing, reading, and speaking).
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of data management and hospital management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various departments.
- Basic clinical knowledge to manage medical records efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in data handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
