**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for inputting and managing data accurately in the company’s database systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Input data from various sources (documents, forms, spreadsheets) into the company's system accurately and efficiently.

Verify the accuracy of the entered data and make necessary corrections as required.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Organize and update files, databases, and records for easy access and retrieval.

Assist in preparing reports or documentation as needed.

Perform data backups and ensure data integrity.

Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency.

Follow established procedures and protocols for data entry tasks.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; graduation in any discipline is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive work ethic.

**Preferred Skills (optional)**:
Familiarity with data entry software and tools like ERP.

Basic knowledge of data processing and data management systems.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
