**Job Summary**:
The Data Entry Operator for School plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within the school's database systems. This position primarily involves entering, organizing, and managing various types of data pertaining to students, faculty, staff, and other school-related information. The Data Entry Operator ensures the integrity and confidentiality of the data while ensuring that it is readily accessible for administrative and academic purposes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Accurately input and update student information, including enrollment data, attendance records, grades, and personal details, into the school's database system.

2.Maintain and update faculty and staff records, including contact information, employment details, certifications, and professional development records.

3.Enter and organize financial data, such as invoices, purchase orders, and budget information, into relevant systems.

4.Prepare and maintain data related to extracurricular activities, events, and programs offered by the school.

5.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry, resolve discrepancies, and update relevant information as required.

6.Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and duplications within the database.

7.Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all student and staff records in accordance with privacy laws and school policies.

8.Generate and distribute reports, as requested, using the database system to provide timely and accurate information to school administrators, faculty, and staff.

10.Stay updated with school policies, procedures, and guidelines related to data entry and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

**Requirements**:
1.High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certifications or coursework in computer science, data management, or related fields is a plus.

2.Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.

3.Proficient in using data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).

4.Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

5.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure error-free and well-structured data entry.

6.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.

7.Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and provide support when needed.

8.Familiarity with data protection regulations and privacy laws, such as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), is desirable.

9.Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

10.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues.

**Salary**: ₹11,245.91 - ₹20,000.00 per month
