As a Fresher Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate assistance through our chat platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the chat platform, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and troubleshoot issues reported by customers, providing effective solutions and escalating complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the customer support system for future reference and analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
