**Role Overview**:
Tek Booster is looking for a data-driven and growth-focused **Performance Marketing Executive** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns across healthcare and e-commerce brands. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing strategies that drive leads, sales, and measurable ROI across various digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Management**: Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and marketplaces (if applicable).
- **E-commerce Strategy**: Plan and execute ad strategies for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Healthcare Focus**: Develop lead generation and awareness campaigns for healthcare clients, balancing precision targeting and compliance.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, and other tools. Monitor KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CLTV.
- **A/B Testing**: Test ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- **Audience Segmentation**: Build and refine lookalike audiences, retargeting pools, and custom segments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ads and landing experiences.
- **Budget Optimization**: Manage budgets across multiple campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with exposure to both e-commerce and healthcare.
- **E-commerce Tools**: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce.
- **Data Skills**: Strong with Excel, campaign analytics, and performance dashboards.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to conceptualize and collaborate on high-converting creatives.
- **Communication**: Clear verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month (Based on skills & experience)
**Shift**: Day Shift (Monday-Saturday)
**Location**: Onsite - Jhandewalan, Delhi
