**Responsibilities**:

- Execution of LCY transactions such as - cash deposits/cash withdrawals, cash delivery, cash pickup, draft issuances, in-house transfers, draft cancellations, maintenances such as PAN updation, stop payments.
- Handling Foreign exchange transactions - Sale & purchase of FCY currency and with coordinating forex vendor for offload & procurement of FCY currency.
- Tracking of daily teller & vault reserve cash count at EOD.
- Vault & Teller cash holding monitoring as per the approved limits.
- Cash balancing at end of day which includes preparation/review of the teller blotter sheet, Cash Cap reports.
- Handling secured stationary such as LCY &FCY DDs, Citibank stationery.
- Understanding of Counterfeit notes along with regulatory requirement & submission process.
- Assist with the administration of compliance procedures and control systems for the business unit.
- Branch Display / Binder tracking and updation.
- Cash vendor monthly and quarterly review for adherence to Third Party Information Security Reviews
- Coordinating with correspondent bank for offload and procurement of new denomination.
- Account monitoring & proofing on a daily basis.
- Independent Citi vault (Monthly) & Teller(Quarterly) cash count.
- Daily Internal account monitoring to avoid any exceptions
- Archival of teller batches as per the desired frequency

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Retail Banking.
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
