Marketing Assistant

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Canopy Activities**:

- Plan and execute canopy setups at strategic locations such as schools, coaching hubs, and public areas.
- Ensure canopy displays are attractive and effectively represent Aakash Institute’s branding.
- Distribute brochures and explain course offerings to students and parents.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Collect contact information from interested individuals during canopy and other marketing activities.
- Follow up on collected leads through calls and messages to generate interest in the institute’s programs.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and open houses to attract potential students.
- **Admissions Support**:

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the institute’s programs, fee structure, and benefits.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather feedback from students and parents to improve marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative ideas for lead generation.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

**Key Requirements**
- Willingness to travel locally for canopy setups and other marketing events.
- Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings as required for marketing activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Competitive salary starting at ₹10,000-₹15,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
