Job description

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Financial Planning**:

- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Lead long-term budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
- **Financial Management**:

- Oversee the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and government agency reports.
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
- **Risk Management**:

- Monitor financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- **Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.
- Work closely with the CEO, board of directors, and senior leadership team to align financial management with short
- and long-term goals.
- **Investor Relations & Reporting**:

- Build relationships with shareholders, analysts, and the investment community.
- Oversee corporate financing and fundraising efforts.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Improve financial processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and operational improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skill
