Job Title: Sales Executive (Male)
Location: Kirti Nagar, West Delhi
Company: Leading Manufacturer of Industrial Paints
**Salary**: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Requirement: Own Two-Wheeler (mandatory)
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct customers.
- Execute sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide technical and marketing support, including product demonstrations and sample approvals.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and statutory documents (e.g., forms, invoices).
- Maintain daily sales activity reports in the CRM system.
- Handle after-sales service and customer support effectively.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales / industrial sales / industrial paints / automobile accessories sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
