Perform services of a routine nature in strict accordance with established procedural guidelines, as appropriate to the position including keeping log of in and out time for all the employees.
- To address routine inquiries on office mail and phone to maintain log of inquiries as required.
- Performing routine clerical tasks like mailing, copying, filling, recording daily incoming and outgoing transactions, bank statements, accounts & bills and individual ledgers.
- To ensure all correspondence and relevant documentation and to maintain inventory of all office supplies including stationery, pantry and powder room utilities.
- Create, organize and maintain employee files to keep sensitive data secure including their appointment letters, recommendation letters, pay slips etc.
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information, employment details and performing office duties.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant letters / documents / certificates/ bills as per the requirement by the management with regard to external associations of office.
- To ensure timely payment of all office related dues including phone, electricity, water and internet bills.
- To prepare all the important documents with regard to the accounts and hand them over to the chartered accountant on the given date including all bills, expense sheets, bank statements, TDS/GST details, receipts etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Two wheeler driving licence (preferred)
