Legal Executive:
Experience : 2 to 4 Years

Education : LLB
- Drafting, vetting and Negotiating contracts and documents such as NDA, MOUS, Service Contracts and other legal
- Experience in attending courts matters, labour issues and Filing cases before Courts/ Police etc.
- Preparing various legal notices
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of contract law, civil and criminal laws and
- Maintain current knowledge or amendments in legislation
- Experience in legal department of corporate or in law firm. Legal documentation and filing.
- Review and recommend revisions to templates periodically, to reflect new requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
