We are looking for a legal resource who can assist AppZen's global legal team (US and India) for legal operations, contract reviews, data privacy related matters, and a variety of other legal tasks. The applicant should be eager to learn quickly and should be ready to work in a fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing legal operations for the global legal team for both Sales and Procurement contracts.
- Working on data privacy related matters which includes research work, keeping up to date on recent global developments, and coordination with external stakeholders and law firms.
- Working with various stakeholders within the organization to keep track of renewals of existing procurement contracts.
- Contract review for smaller transactional documents for US and India.
- Legal research work (for various geographies)
- Assisting team for execution of documents and other legal administrative tasks like maintaining repositories of contracts, etc.

**Must Haves**:

- Should be a law graduate and having around 2 years of experience in IT industry
- Basic knowledge of various IT specific contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, procurement contracts
- Knowledge of data privacy laws including GDPR is an added advantage
- Good communications skills and command over English language
- Should be ready to work from office on a daily basis
