**About Lubrizol**

**Summary of the Role**:
Propose to recruit a Legal Executive - Paralegal in India to support the legal department. This individual will be based at the GCC in Pune and will report directly to the Director Legal Services, providing essential legal assistance and support the Legal Counsels in the IMEA region.

**Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:
Responsible for a variety of support tasks, including but not limited to:

- Reviewing and drafting agreements such as standard form NDAs, power of attorneys, resolutions, procurement contracts, and general terms and conditions
- Managing and organizing legal documents, correspondence, and records.
- Keeping a record and track of any legal notices and communications.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintaining filing systems and databases to ensure easy access to information.
- Document management, including running progress trackers to manage internal projects and legal initiatives

**Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements)**:

- Proven experience as legal executive managing legal matters.
- Experience with corporate, commercial law and litigation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and information.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Education / Certification**:

- Graduate in a legal discipline or Company Secretaryship.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum of 6 years PQE
