Job Title: Legal Executive

Experience: 3-5 yrs of experience (Non-Litigation)

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Drafting and reviewing legal agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreement, MSA, Master License and Services Agreement, etc.
- Drafting and reviewing of other legal documents such as tender documents, Authority Letters, Policies, Undertaking, Terms and conditions, etc
- Provide support to HR department in drafting and reviewing HR documents.
- Maintaining Legal Agreement and document files and database.
- Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as needed.

Requirements

- Qualification: L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS office and related tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Please note: Designation will be finalized based on interview evaluation.
