Customer Interaction and Sales Support:

- **Greeting and assisting customers**: Providing a warm welcome and offering help with finding products or answering questions.
- **Understanding customer needs**: Identifying what customers are looking for and suggesting appropriate products or services.
- **Handling transactions**: Processing payments, returns, and refunds, and updating customer records.
- **Providing information**: Explaining product features, benefits, promotions, and store policies.
- **Building relationships**: Developing rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Inventory Management and Store Maintenance:

- **Stocking shelves and displays**: Ensuring the store is well-stocked and products are displayed attractively.
- **Receiving and organizing shipments**: Unpacking and sorting new stock deliveries.
- **Maintaining store cleanliness**: Keeping the store tidy and organized to enhance the shopping experience.
- **Monitoring inventory levels**: Tracking stock and replenishing as needed.

Administrative and Reporting:

- **Supporting the sales team**: Assisting with administrative tasks like data entry, managing schedules, and preparing reports.
- **Analyzing sales data**: Identifying trends and insights to improve sales performance.
- **Following company policies and procedures**: Adhering to company guidelines and best practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Handling customer complaints and resolving issues**: Addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- **Participating in promotional events**: Assisting with sales promotions and special offers.
- **Educating customers about new products and services**: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and informing customers about new offerings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,307.25 - ₹18,500.00 per month
