We now have a great new opportunity available as a Payroll Administrator for NASEA region

Job Details

You will be one of a team of 9 members based in India and reporting into the Payroll Manager - NASEA.

The NASEA (New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia & Singapore) payroll team manages payroll for 10 APAC countries. The role is responsible for managing outsourced payroll, varying in size and complexity, with adherence to policy, compliance, and legislation. It requires strong communication skills to liaison with payroll providers, internal business partners, revenue authorities, and other third parties.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Payroll administration in Indonesia, Korea & Japan by ensuring activities are undertaken and deadlines met.
- Understand our complex business needs and manage these via 3rd party provider’s.
- Prepare payroll input for timely processing.
- Review & validate provider prepared payroll output against the approved payroll inputs
- Processing queries by monitoring tickets (ServiceNow) ensuring SLA is met.

Experience and Skills
- Must have APAC payroll experience, in particular Indonesia, Korea & Japan
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excel spreadsheet skills
- We are looking for APAC payroll experience of 3-5 years.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Workday advantageous.
