Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage payroll administration in the United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering payroll, ensuring adherence to policy, compliance, and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll inputs for timely processing
  • Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholding and deductions
  • Understand complex business needs and manage expectations
  • Review and approve provider-prepared payroll against approved inputs
  • Process queries by monitoring tickets (ServiceNow) ensuring SLA is met

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in ADP EV5 or EV6
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Outlook and Excel
  • Able to work independently in an ambiguous environment
