Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to oversee end-to-end payroll management in India, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indian labor and tax regulations, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Validate and reconcile inputs such as attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and variable pay.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other applicable labor laws).
- Handle employee queries related to salary, taxation, and payroll policies.
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must have:
- A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or HR, preferably with an MBA/PGDM or CMA/CA qualification.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payroll management, specifically in India.
