What this job involves
Leading on-site operations for a Commercial Property in Bangalore
At JLL, we put focus on our clients’ needs, and we want you to do the same. You will take charge of Procurement that we have for clients’ properties. Be it site operations, contract, procurement, financial, or team management, you’ll ensure our service delivery is at its best. You’ll also be our clients’ eye on all operational matters. Are you open to working with various teams across the board? In this role, you will promote seamless and competitive operations by collaborating with the top management and site team for both client and JLL. You will drive a spirit of collaboration to ensure that the account-based team runs to maximum efficiency, allowing us to achieve our client’s ambitions.
More importantly, you will support various client-specific programmes such as technology launches, trainings, and user experience initiatives. Being at the heart of operations management, you’ll also oversee all key performance indicators in the region and make sure that the team is meeting our clients’ requirements. Among your other mandates, include system integrity audits, reports, presentations, and overall portfolio management

The role acts as the single point of contact for the client team regarding Procurement and supports regional / local initiatives by driving consistent implementation and delivery. A key aspect of this role is engagement, interfacing with the JLL team, clients, and service partners.

Soft services - Prepare and Ensure the delivery of the Plan for Housekeeping services across campus
Remain the single point of contact for all Housekeeping services delivery for client & tenants.
Plans and manages the day-to-day housekeeping services to ensure that the operating performance and cleanliness expectations are met.
Ensures that all facilities are operated and maintained in a best in class condition
Understands the contract terms and conditions and meet customer expectations and take ownership for Office-Services outcomes. Ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
Interface with clients ensuring effective communications regarding status and priority of work.
Daily walk around to inspect quality and consistency of housekeeping processes.
Ensure compliance of 5S.

Be the functional specialist of Security/safety/firefighting/loss prevention / traffic management and guide the management on these areas
Manage the security services being provided at the premises across various asset classes.
Be the organizations’ link with the government law enforcement agencies
Coordinator for fire preparedness and leader in emergencies
Traffic and car park management within all the premises
Daily walk around to audit quality and consistency of security processes.
Setting up security management policies and guidelines and monitor its implementation
Setting up policies for car park and traffic management
Security team resource planning including the manpower for all locations
