**Role Objective**:
To oversee and support field-level security operations across multiple sites, ensuring effective manpower deployment, compliance with standards, and timely resolution of operational issues to deliver consistent service excellence and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Field Operations Management**:

- Supervise daily deployment and performance of on-ground security personnel.
- Ensure manpower availability, shift coverage, and replacements across all client sites.

**Site Monitoring & Audits**:

- Conduct routine site visits to review attendance, discipline, grooming, and SOP compliance.
- Address on-site challenges and document any incidents or deviations.

**Client Coordination & Resolution**:

- Handle client queries, complaints, and operational concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate corrective actions and ensure service recovery when needed.

**Recruitment & Onboarding Support**:

- Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new guards as per operational requirements.
- Ensure induction and briefing on company standards and site-specific instructions.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain records of duty rosters, attendance, incident reports, and deployment sheets.
- Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management for review.

**Compliance & Coordination**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and INDIA labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Sales departments to facilitate smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Management, or a related field).
- 2-4 years of experience in operations within the INDIA security services sector.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership, supervision, and field management skills.
- Knowledge of manpower planning and shift management best practices.
- Familiarity with INDIA labor laws and security compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and regional languages.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- operations within the INDIA security services sector: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Kannada (preferred)
