**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **pre-processing quality checks** of fruits and vegetables for ripeness, spoilage, and pesticide residues
- Monitor **sorting, scanning**, and **grading** of raw material for dehydration
- Ensure quality parameters are maintained during **tray drying** or dehydration processes
- Maintain **batch-wise quality reports**, moisture logs, and deviation records
- Implement and monitor **FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP**, and other quality protocols
- Assist in developing **SOPs and hygiene standards** across production lines
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for raw material standards
- Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation for **regulatory inspections**:

- Train junior staff and workers on **quality and food safety best practices**

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification (any one)**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Agriculture, or Horticulture
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology or Agricultural Engineering
- Diploma in Post-Harvest Technology / Fruit and Vegetable Processing
- **Desired Experience**:

- 1-3 years in food processing / dehydration / quality assurance roles
- Fresh graduates with internships or project work in fruit/vegetable handling are welcome

**Key Skills Required**:

- Understanding of **fruit and vegetable quality parameters**:

- Familiarity with **drying techniques**, especially **tray drying**:

- Basic knowledge of **microbial limits and food safety standards**:

- Report writing and **record-keeping skills**:

- Attention to detail and **problem-solving attitude**:

- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.)
