Perfora is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Quality Control Manager**to oversee the quality assurance of our oral care products. In this role, you will ensure that all products meet our stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain high production standards and drive continuous improvement in our quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor production processes and coordinate with manufacturing partners to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to review and approve product formulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards for oral care and personal care products.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions.
- Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and implement solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within the personal care or oral care industry.
- Familiarity with production control, product formulation, and quality assurance standards in the personal care sector.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
