**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of wiring harnesses and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Verify product specifications, including wire gauge, terminal crimping, and insulation thickness.
- Identify and report any non-conformities or quality issues to the Quality Manager or production team.
- Work closely with production team members to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and communicate findings to management and other team members.
- Assist with problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality-related issues.
- Assist with developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are consistent across all products and processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality control and inspection processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing and related components preferred.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to quality control and inspection processes.
- Ability to use measurement tools and equipment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
