**A) Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance and calibration of Weight Feeder, SFF, Belt Weighers, Bin Weighing Systems, Gas Analyzers, and all field instruments according to the maintenance & calibration schedule.
- Proficient in maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems, VFD and DC Drives, Weighing equipment’s, Stacker and Reclaimer systems field instruments etc.
- Hands -on experience with DCS system (Siemens S7-400 PLC) and ECS Version 8.3, as well as PLC systems (S7 300, 200).
- Calibration of field instrumentation, including Metal Detectors, Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Stack Monitoring system etc.
- Knowledge of SAP, safety practices, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.
- Strong understanding in material management, including store and spare part planning.

**Job Specification**:

- Good experience in the maintenance of VFDs, weight feeders, SFF, gas analyzers and hydraulic systems.
- Good knowledge of DCS programming.
- Proficiency in cable scheduling any laying
- Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret control and power schemes and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience in manpower planning and management,
- Knowledge of SAP and ISO systems.
- Familiarity with UTCL safety standards.
- Strong understanding of store and spare part planning.

**B) Goals / KRA to be assigned**:

- Minimize breakdowns to improve plant availability.
- Enhance equipment conditions to maximize reliability.
- Plan Procure and complete projects on time.
- Manage spares and control costs within budget limits.
- Execute annual improvement project effectively.
- Proactively engage in safety improvements across the plant.

**Qualification Required : BE / B. Tech in Electronics/Instrumentation**

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Technology,Bachelor Of Engineering

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-10 Years
