- **Appointment Setting**: They schedule appointments for potential clients with immigration consultants or advisors for detailed consultations.
- **Lead Generation**: Telecallers may be responsible for generating new leads through cold calling, referrals, or other lead generation strategies provided by the company.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: They conduct follow-up calls with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet committed to using the services.
- **Maintaining Records**: Telecallers keep accurate records of all calls made and results achieved, including details of appointments scheduled and outcomes.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: They build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Achieving Targets**: Telecallers often have sales or conversion targets to meet, which may include generating a certain number of leads or converting a percentage of leads into clients.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: They ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies governing client interactions and maintain proper documentation of all communications.
- **Updating Knowledge**: Telecallers stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
- **Team Collaboration**: They collaborate with immigration consultants, advisors, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- **Handling Objections**: They address client concerns or objections regarding immigration services and attempt to resolve issues to encourage client retention or conversion.
