
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily calendar, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate household and office errands (bills, couriers, utilities, appointments, bookings).
- Maintain personal records and files.
- Assist in travel planning and bookings.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and staff.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Admin Executive / Office Coordinator.
- Good communication in English & Hindi.
- Highly organized, punctual, and discreet.
