- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and organize calendars and appointments.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- **Travel & Logistics**:

- Book travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Plan and coordinate events.
- **Communication & Liaison**:

- Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for the executive.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- **Personal Tasks**:

- Run errands and handle personal tasks for the executive.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Organizational & Time Management**: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- **Discretion & Confidentiality**: High level of trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information.
- **Proactiveness**: Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs.
- **Flexibility & Adaptability**: Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to find solutions and overcome challenges.

Education & Experience
- **Education**: A high school diploma is often required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field being preferred.
- **Experience**: Demonstrated professional experience in a personal assistant or administrative support role is usually necessary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
