**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Support in preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries
- Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely flow of financial data
- Support senior finance staff in data analysis and financial tasks

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA - Intermediate/ MBA Finance preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing or production-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar).
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
